Here is the activity in the Denver Real Estate market up to November 2010.
In summary:-
· The number of actives in November are up 1657 from this time last year. Towards the end of 2009, we definitely saw a tilt into a Seller’s market as inventory was down but that has changed back
· Sales are down 22% – puzzling as mortgage rates are so low .. but getting pre-qualified is a lot tougher these days
· Hooray – prices are up!! Apart from a glitch in September, prices have risen over 5.30% over the 6 months figures
· But it is taking a little longer to sell these homes? Days on market have fallen 1.6% from last year
